For order status updates, please check your order status on your Account page online. If you still need additional information, please give us a call for order status updates. E-mails are answered in the order that they are received and responses may take 24-48 hours, so the fastest way to receive up to date information about your order is to call.

IMPORTANT: Please do not email us to cancel orders. Because we receive up to 100 emails per day it can take 24-48 hours to respond, so if you are emailing to cancel an order, they often will already ship during that delay. If you want to cancel an order you need to call us on the phone to do so.
